Pascal le Boulanger is a family story that began in Sault-Brénaz, outside Lyon in France.
The knowledge of artisan bakers acquired has been constantly evolving since the establishment of the bakery in Stoneham in 2012.
The family tradition is perpetuated today with a third generation following the traditional path of artisan bakers.
The neighborhood bakery culture is still present in France and we aim to deliver these same nutritious products on a daily basis, in our two branches in Stoneham and Lac-Beauport .
Our inspirations come from the recipes and techniques of artisans of yesteryear and we want you to discover our know-how and quality products that are good for your health and affordable.
